Stress: Self Abuse or Star Treatment? It really is YOUR choice.

Hi Folks,

If you’re like me, you’ll be stressed out of your little head. Worrying about where the next meal is coming from and what the weather will be like at the weekend. I got so stressed I turned to self abuse, and it worked a treat.

Every Monday, Thursday and some Saturdays i’ll have a good stab at my arms, hands and legs. Nothing too damaging, but enough to draw blood and make me cry. After a good cry I feel better about myself. So maybe the next time you’re stressed, you should stab yourself in the leg.

That is how a nutter would deal with stress. For goodness sake, don’t be a nutter. Deal with stress by checking into your local Celebrity Stress Clinic. The NHS will now pay for all your care, so rather than bleed on the carpet, walk on the red carpets of your local celebrity stress clinic – you never know what celebs you might bump into. You’ll be feeling better about yourself sooner than a coal miner can self abuse himself with a copy of Zoo magazine.
